MICOM 2009 Conference held in Ochrid in September 2009. The abstracts of the presentations have been published, but neither the Conference Proceedings are published, as was done in 2003 by the Proceedings of the International Congress MASSEE, nor any other Journal containing the articles. I wrote 2 times to the Chair. of the Organizing Committee Prof. Manova Erakovic, as to Prof. of NTUA of Greece Mr. Fellouris (International Member of the Committee), but I did not receive any specific answer, except that all the articles have been sent to a Journal to be approved for publication, but there is not a clear timetable .
